Lifestyle Optimization Strategies for the Modern Traveler & Nomad

FROM FREELANCER CHAOS TO FULL-TIME LIFE ON THE ROAD
Maybe your goal isn’t to live full-time on the road. It wasn’t ours! We just wanted to get out of unsustainable customer service jobs, commute less, and have a more flexible schedule.
Going freelance wasn’t financially easy. But alongside it, we worked on a magical little thing called lifestyle optimization – the art of turning what little extra you do have into enough to enjoy life’s luxuries.
This got us dreaming big and helped us overcome our limiting beliefs. We realized we didn’t need to earn more to reach our goals, we just needed to get creative. Now we’re happy to share everthing we’ve learned with aspiring travelers, digital nomads, and life optimizers.
our 3 Pillars of Lifestyle Optimization
For us, lifestyle optimization means stretching our money, time, and energy for abundance. It gives us financial freedom without the need for outsided earnings. Here are the three areas we focus on when attaining affordable luxury and full-time travel:

Free Hotels & Flights
Using a handful of credit cards, we earn points and miles on for free flights and hotel nights. We take advantage of promotions and strategies that can 10x our earnings.

House & Pet Sitting
We use Trusted Housesitters to spend time with dogs, cats, turtles, and beyond around the United States (international in 2025) in exchange for free accommodations.

Creative Discounts
We save money on everything we buy. Coupons, credits, rebates, you name it – we never make a purchase without looking for a discount first.
